they both deserve a bona fide evo. Would be really cool to push avalugg to the edge of what a defensive ice type could be and pangoro deserves some time in the spotlight. Maybe make it a kingambit rival with a similar busted ability. Maybe change its95/124/78/69/71/58 total 495to115/129/83/74/76/78 total 555making it bulkier in HP but less physically, slightly weaker, but better (usable) spatk and speed. Worse for trick room but almost certainly beats kingambit 1v1. Then, give it some ability to replace Iron Fist or Mold Breaker with; maybe something that's like the opposite of supreme overlord, where it gets stronger the more enemies are ko'd? 10% like supreme overlord. Call it "Boastful" or something. I think that could work and be fun. Make its design really fat like some, you know, fat yakuza or mob boss or something.
