I dunno if this is a big gotcha, the Champions meta is kneecapped to absolute fuck and even the pokemon in the game aren't working at 100% because of all the missing items, something being good in a game without AV or life orb isn't exactly an accurate representation of how it'll fare when champions is actually worth considering as a replacement to on cart vgc.for example, mega glimmora's claim to fame right now is that it outspeeds mega zard and ohkos with power gem, but is mega zard even gonna be a thing in a few months? will mega gimmora still be good against mega metagross, mawile or salamence? who can fucking say anymore because we're stuck with this 1/8th of mainline metagame.
