Just give a bit more special attack while leaving the defenses lower than eviolite Chansey. So it can tank pretty well but isn't just a sheer zero threat offensively.

Just change its typing to Fairy like everyone thought would happen when Fairy type was made. Blissey's biggest problem currently is that it's being powercrept as a wall because it lacks resistances. That low physical bulk is much easier to exploit than ever and it needs max defense investment at all times to mitigate this, which means some specs draco meteor users are able to muscle through its special defense now too.

I'm trying to imagine a scenario where Normal/Fairy would be objectively better, but overall a Fighting resist will be better defensively than a Ghost immunity. It's not like Ceruledge is clicking shadow sneak against this thing when it could click the best Fire type attack in the world and heal to full hp every time from Blissey's enormous hp.
