Name a more polarizing Pokemon. I have never seen people so split like this before. I for one, really like it as it's grown on me. Reminds me of Plesioth or Cephadrome from Monster Hunter, who I also like.

And then Game Freak made more of those but with designs that were genuinely awful (such as Greninja), which gradually made Garchomp less offensive. It's now practically harmless and even relatively cute compared to the monstrosities that came later.

For that alone the gible line is memorable, the first time I went against Cynthia and had the garchomp mirror is still a hype memory for me.
