Should I run Modest Froslass or Timid? I feel like running Modest mught be better but Timid lass speed ties with Jolly Sneedler. Timed lass also out speeds Whimsicott and Maushold, as well as a few other notable but not meta pokemon. Sneedler is the only matchup that feels important here. Not sure how important the speed tie is considering lass isn't particularly threatened by Sneedler. I should probably do some calcs to see if lass loses out on any important KOs without a Modest nature.

You're basically playing a weaker version of Annihilape. Have redirection like Sinistcha or Maushold to let you set up more. Sinistcha obviously pairs well because you get a bunch of extra healing. Normally this set was using Tera-Grass, but that's obviously not possible right now.

Just got into Master Tier in Doubles with my Glaceon Froslass team.Last match was a struggle. Not because my opponent was difficult but because it was such an RNG fest. I really wish we had replays because this battle was horseshit, for both me and my opponent.I got hit with at least 5 crits, one of which mattered because it kept me from setting up Aurora Veil. My Glaceon evaded 2 attacks thanks to Snow Cloak, my pokemon were confused by my opponents Hurricane 4 times, they never hit themselves in confusion, and I was able to get a Scald burn on a Sneasler that was in perfect range to get KO'd by it.I won that game and I'm still seething so I can only imagine what my opponent must be feeling.

Anybody have recommendations for a good Singles Team or strategy because I'm getting absolutely trounced. I had a team based around Mega Zard Y, but once I got into Masters it has just been loss after loss because every fucking team is running Stealth Rock or Sleep shenanigans and there's no way to stop either of them. Will finish the DLC later.) All of this to say Ive given it a second chance and have newer thoughts on it.Overall, yes the story was still the worst in pokemon history bar none. The wild areas are sort of unique, but being so railroaded into places, is really really bad. You only have the one entrance and the one exit to the wild area effectively, and the transition between desert and snowy areas are instantaneous, breaking immersion. Ive always remembered it as a flat plane, and replaying it further solidified my thoughts on it. What I did like about the game was ALL in the DLCs. Both crown tundra and isle of armor is pretty neat with a solid setting, even if they didnt fix the vertical issue. It feels much more vast and explorable, which was exactly what i wanted from the original wild areas. The characters are likeable too (seriously, fuck every main char in the base game)

Delete the Oran Berry from Champions and Showdown.It only heals 10 HP which is already of questionable use in singleplayer, but it is completely useless in competetive where most battles are fought at LV 100 or 50 and outclassed by the Sitrus Berry that heals 25% of your max HP which will always be more than 10 when at LV 50 or 100.It's such a waste of a item slot in Champions when they don't even have the Rocky Helmet yet.It shouldn't exist in competetive play honestly and be relegated to singleplayer exclusively.I sometimes call it oral berry because it sucks so badly.
