So use them if you are rich with a ton of disposable income.Heavy ball is a good choice for Heatran because it gives a flat +40% chance.If it's in a cave, Dusk Ball could be a good choice, otherwise I like Timer Ball because after gen 5 you just need to stall 10 turns for x4 capture chance and you will likely need about 5 turns anyways for paralyze and false swipe.
