We know for a fact that they will make more as time goes on. We know for a fact that Umbreon was almost Poison, so the special/physical type silliness can be forgotten. We know for a fact that a Flying-type eeveelution was planned for gen 7. We know for a fact that Eevee and all of its evolutions are consistently popular. We know for a fact that adding a new eeveelution would generate sales on its own.I would wager money we'll get 2 in gen 10.

Gonna take this opportunity to shill some of my favourite fan designs again. These were intended to be Paradox forms, but their clean, simple designs don't really fit with that, so they could easily be regular Eeveelutions and while this artist doesn't have the greatest technical skill, I think they nailed the actual designs. Granted the fighting type needs a colour adjustment and the mane being connected to the tail is odd, but I love the tribal warrior aesthetic (WAY better than the zillionth design wearing Sonic Boom sports tape), the ears resembling little switch blades, and Warreon would be a good name (I'd love Braveon, but California would throw a shitfit).But then there's the steel type and this... THIS is fucking peak... No armour, no gears or other sharp industrial bits that make it impossible to hug, just a slick, smooth cyborg 'vee with rubbery flexible joints, beautiful ears, tail, and eyes, and an expression so exuberant it seems almost programmed to love you. It's PERFECT. Those RC plastic robot dogs were exactly what I imagined the steel type Vee ought to look like, and this slam-dunked that aesthetic. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this design.Thoughts, gents?
