Iron Valiant and Slowking-Galar are the only times I recall Game Freak did "unique type combo" better than fan designs. Iron Valiant is maximum kino, easily Top 5 Pokemon designs in existence.

But yeah:

Fire/Water (Volcanion): Ugly, terrible waste of the long awaited Fire/Water combo. Libra Scales from Mega Man Star Force is the level of kino I was expecting. "Steam engine" was perfect concept, but "dumbfuck ass turtle with garden hose" was a fail.

Fire/Grass (Scovillain): I already knew nothing could top the PEAK that is Bongecko-Mariguana-Marleyzard. Honestly, GameFreak should've just paid /vp/ for those designs lol

Normal/Ghost (Zoroark-Galar): Hella mid, not exceptional. Black Zoroark WAY cooler imo. Better than fuck ass Sesquatch lol

Dark/Fairy (Impidimp line): Oreon is PEAK, but Impidimp's design is also PEAK. Too bad its evolutions ruin its "pink imp" aesthetic and become a gross green hair monster.

Poison/Psychic (Slowking-Galar): Solid design. Game Freak cooked.
