>>59221573In gen 3 I agree since Gyarados gets fuckall moves so despite getting it as early as you'd get Kirlia, it doesn't really do anything because its only physical move is god damn Tackle. Kirlia is absolutely fucking worthless and it has to leech exp all the way up to lvl 30, but at least Gardevoir is instantly useful once you get it since you'll have Psychic by then. From gen 4 onward Gyarados becomes the better of the two.
