I wish they would buff Sceptile and Mega Sceptile. Part of me hopes that the reason why the Hoenn starters are missing from Champions is because they are prototyping some balancing changes for them.
Give Sceptile a new ability that lets its physical moves use its Special Attack stat. Lets it run mixed sets for free without needing to worry about Intimidate.
And since only its Special Attack will matter, cut back its physical Attack stat by 10-15 points and pump them into Special Attack. And/or give it Tail Glow.
Then give Mega Sceptile Armor Tail. 145 Special Attack plus Tail Glow and immunity to Ice Shard and Fake Out would be sick.
For the other starters, Blaziken is fine. Give Swampert a new Hidden Ability other than Damp. Maybe Regenerator or just Swift Swim like the Mega.
