My six favorite Pokermans are
>Blastoise
>Dugtrio
>Furret
>Bellossom
>Sceptile
>Walrein
Could this make a viable team competitively in Gen III or fuck no?
>>
Furret and Bellossom are complete dead weight, but the rest can at least bring SOMETHING to the table, even if it's not optimal.
Consider swapping furret and bellossom out for mons that round out the rest of your team's weaknesses.

What if Bellossom was like, Substitute, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Sludge Bomb/Toxic, Leftovers?

It's not going to do anything worth doing. I mean, go slam some matches in the gen 3 ladder with it, might be funny. But you asked if it would be viable, and bellossom is absolutely not. I do mean it when I say feel free to try it, though, you'll quickly see why and still be able to test it out to satisfaction if you like.

Slowpoke maymay.
