I had no idea that Tickle was an attack ever since gen 3. A reverse Bulk Up is pretty neat, especially on pranksters.

Amusingly, it also means every single Pokemon is canonically ticklish. No matter how big, or serious, or powerful they are. Every single one is unable to resist tickling.

Literally backwards logic. Base stats are a Pokémon's ability to give and take punishment. A weakened strong Pokémon is still strong, just less so.
