We all know modern English cards are absolute crap and that only Japanese made ones are any good. But I ask /tcc/ when do we think that really took hold? Let's talk binders! How do you organize your cards or separate them? Personally, I like the zip binders with sewn in pages, but it's always agonizing to decide what to do with my cards. Currently, I have one binder dedicated to Wizards of the Coast cards, another for later English, and another for Japanese, but lately I've realized there were more Wizards cards that I want and don't have space in the current binder for and I'm dreading having to decide what to put where.

I am the owner of a pretty bad condition Charizard ex from EX FRLG. I bought it several years ago for like 20 bucks, in truth it isn't exactly "damaged" like, it's all in one piece, but I think one of the corners is peeling and the card has a bad corner crease. I feel little attachment to the card in such a shape, and am considering selling it since people are going nuts for all things Zard, but I know I'll never be able to buy another copy. Main LCS must have had someone cashing out everything, it was entirely stocked with IRs and SIRs. If I had the budget I could have spent another $200 easily. Passed on that Garchomp V with Cynthia, the Chandelure, and some Zamazenta for good measure. Maybe next time.
