I guess each game has their benefits depending on what the player is looking for or which Pokemon they're missing. It sucks that pretty much all the games depend on extra $30 content to "fix" them though.

>>59231784for me, a lifelong main series player, the open world addition makes SV the most fun main series game i've ever played. is it the best optimized? no. does it look the greatest? no. is the dialogue kinda cringe sometimes? yeah. but the gameplay itself is the most fun i've ever had playing pokemon. if you have a switch 2 and don't let /v/ poison your brain, i would say it's a no-brainer purchase.
