I dont understand why it took till gen v for every weahter condition to get its own weather setter that wasnt a legendaryI also dont understand why Gamefreak gave Tyranitar weather in the first place since the only 2 mons that could set weather at the time where Box art legendarys and some of the strongest at the timeTyranitar is up there with the manifastitation of the Land and Oceans in gen 3 and hes the most important pokemon gen 3 because of it

Pelipper hurricane + tailwind (+ wide guard for doubles) is such great support that some teams would want it over politoed's counterweather mega and higher damage (after megaing only lmao they buffed pelippers special attack to be higher than politoed's lmfao)
