>Ghost types are now immune to Sleep because the dead don't need rest
>Ghost types are now immune to being poisoned because poison can't hurt something that is already dead
Would this make them op?
>>
They're already OP

Ghost doesn’t always equal dead in the Pokemon world. It’s also connection to other realms, which you don’t need to be dead to access.

While you're at it may as well give them innate Wonder Guard, since they're intangible ghosts.
>>
>>59247881
rest is the thing the dead need more than anything else
>>
>>59247881
Make them immune to damage, status, move effects, abilities, field effects, item effects and pokeballs
>>
>>59247881
Yes. But honestly: I support it.

Innate typing traits need to be more common.

Gives me an idea
>zombie status
When inflicted the target gains ghost typing and immunity to status effects but takes damage from healing moves and light based attacks.

Innate immunity already covers Poison-types. Immunity to sleep is fine for Ghost-types, but it also means they can't use Rest.

>can't be laid to rest
Kino

Kinda irrelevant point when Pokemon like Alolan Marowak is still immune to Normal and Fighting while it isn't an actual ghost
>>
Ghost types cannot be hit unless the attacking mon is holding a Silph Scope

>poison can't hurt something that is already dead
how little you know
