Normies/company executives are right, even if Dark type is called “evil type” in Japan and some Pokémon kill people according to the Pokédex, Pokémon aren’t evil This is just some subversive idea 4chan/the internet wants to believe for… some reason. Even a Pokémon like Kyruem, which fucking eats people when wild and when commanded will fucking impale you with like 5 huge icicles, can be a respectable partner and best friend if trained right. People want to shape Pokémon to their own image when it’s always been about what the Devs, the companies that own Pokémon, and shareholders care about. And trust me, it ain’t marketable to have a Pokémon to be pure evil.
