I wish they'd mixed the concepts they used to make Eiscue and Avalugg together, start out with a fairy penguin (the species, not a literal Fairy-Type) with an icy beak that raises attack but lowers speed and breaks like ice face's ability, then have it evolve into a king penguin with a head crest that raises Attack and Defense while lowering speed with the Ice Face ability and in its final evolution have its true body not change all that much, more of a Poliwrath sort of evolution but make the ice face aspect become a glacier that covers its head and back raising Attack and both defensive stats while reducing speed. Have the dex lore state that the final evo acts as a raft for the base stage ferrying them across the ocean while they learn to swim, with the middle stage acting as sort of lifeguards for the base stage that can carry a singular base stage on their head, sort of paralleling the Dreepy line. Could even have it be known to migrate with schools of Lapras and is often mistaken for a real iceberg. G-Max form would turn it into a glacier shelf, the closest to it looking like Avalugg and have its unique G-Max move set Ice-Type Stealth Rock.1/2
