regional or somehow a convergentIt's a design that has room to be expanded on in terms of flavour but not one that realistically can "grow" thematically without drastic changes that may as well be used on an entirely new dedign instead.
It deserves a bona fide evo, SO LONG AS IT STAYS NORMAL/FLYING. So many people want it to become Dark/Flying but no, it needs to be the "cool regular bird" like it always was.

>>59252810Best early game bird that'll carry you through the entire game. Pidgeot sucks donkey nuts and Dodrio is only available past the halfway point. Fearow is even more busted in gen 2, as well, and Pidgeot still isn't good, and Dodrio simply isn't available until after you get all 8 badges. And no, I will not be accepting compfag arguments.
