Despite being such a cool animal, the octopus pokemon don't seem to be as cool as they could be. Maybe there will be a water octopus starter one day.

Really though tentacles would translate readily to a dress, or you could have a mimic octopus doing a pose or something. picrel could easily just have a head and arms slapped onto the octopus head with the current octopus eyes being turned into a chest for a waifumon, and this is literally just a drawing of a real-life octopus.
