Is it possible for the event Victini from back when Gen V was new to be brought forward to home and keep both Fusion moves? I was thinking about it eventually making it into champions and how funny it would be to give it an electric type via Terastallization so that it can spam both moves at absolute max power

It probably got them cut from its movepool during dexit. Someone else will need to confirm.

Iirc any mon that touches Home gets its moveset wiped since BDSP, you might be able to transfer it into Swsh (not sure) but it’ll never be able to take the move past that game even if Swsh still accepts it which again I’m not sure
