Is Fairy still as broken as it was in gen 6? Or did they nerf it since then?

It’s never been broken. That’s a myth campaignshitters invented.

In gen 6 it was somewhat held back by lack of good non-mega pokemon with the type. That's no longer an issue.

Ignoring Kojo, it's a Psychic replacement but it doesn't really win you teams. They overcompensated on Dragon types after introducing Fairy despite saying Fairy was meant to nerf them. Ice was never a part of the conversation in the first place, Psychic was hurt more by Fairy's existence than it was because Water Mexicans keep stealing its moves

I kinda don't like fairy type because it feels like it was made to troll edgelords, with all of the edgy types like Darkness, Fighting and Dragon being scared of cute little fairies for some reason.
But I also don't mind it as much that it would impede my enjoyment of the games in any way. If anything, fairy type is by far the smallest problem nu Pokémn has.
My favourite fairies are:
Sylveon, Mawile, Cocaine Ninetales and Gardevoir. I also like Diancie, Florges and Mimikkyu.

I wish Kojo was a myth.
