And critics didn't care as much about it as XY since it wasn't as "new". The difficulty was about the same. Arguably ORAS was less balanced, since it gives you both Mega Rayquaza and Lati@s for free. The graphics are the same. Although Kalos is less "blocky" than ORAS Hoenn with its Minecraft terrain. Some features were cut/pasted from XY and still worked well. Except for character customization, the berry field, and the roller skates. Battle Mansion however lazily replaces the Hoenn Frontier.
