>>59266200Depending what you mean by odds, PLA still has the best without touching stuff like wormholes and DA, but you can't consistently pull encounters for what you want and nothing measures up to the guaranteed level 3. Hyperspace + donuts is just the best at giving you a way to quickly encounter a lot of what you want with boosted odds while also saving shinies, which no other method does either.
