How tacky would it be to give a Pikachu two of the cosplay Pikachu moves?It's really hard to differentiate a Pikachu from Ash/Red ones, and Likonime Pikachu too, while also trying to make a sensible and usable moveset.

And being a hybrid is illegal, so the story takes place in a prison where the government holds death tournaments to recruit super soldiers. None of this ever comes up in the one shot though, which is just hyper edgy body horror violence.
