again valid concerns but there's still more, various people can have different goals in the game. I personally don't give a flying fuck about max battles since they removed trapinch from the spots. some people want to put ribbons on more pokemon, some count on maybe finding a shiny they haven't had, some collect XL XS XXL XXS pokemon to send home and possibly get jumbo/mini marks, some love to exchange gifts with overseas friends. the game has insidious design (which is intentional) but people still have things they enjoy pursuing in it

spoofing makes alot of sense when its anything but conducive to walking and they hold events on a single fucking day for 3 hours regardless of irl conditions and they start decimating all the power spots and mess up the raid distribution until there is a single raid spawn on two ends of a city. spoofers are annoying but they are a symptom of the games rot.
