Do you think there are Pokemon living on other planets?
>>59277669Why wouldn't there be when there's canonically Pokemon that came from space and other dimensions
a pokemon that IS a planet
>>59277669I wish there was a "Pokemon, but in space!" game. The closest we've gotten is Delta Episode and multiple instances of alternate universe/dimension bullshit.
>travel to an alien world thousands of light years away>expect to find crazy alien life beyond my imagination>it's just random shitmons from Earth
>>59277827I'm surprised it's not a popular romhack idea, honestly.
>>59277889It would require a lot of custom tilesets with few suitable ones available from public repositories I imagine. Not that there aren't romhacks with mostly custom tilesets made by a team, but sticking to an earth setting is simply easier in a lot of respects.

>>59277669no, they are only here
>>59277669Yes, Beheeyem, Deoxys, Eternatus, Starmie, Solrock... The Cosmog line is even celestial bodies
>>59277883Pokemon has been out of ideas since Gen 3. In the olden days, if someone forced the devs to add a sidequest where you visit one (1) dungeon on the Moon, you bet your ass there would have been three or four new alien Pokemon evolution lines available.
It will happen eventually once the regional ideas are down to countries that are unfriendly/at war with the west and really obscure areas
>>59277669Yes, they live in the moon which is actually an artificial satillite. They have a Manaphy/Phione relationship with the clefairy line and are also the origin of the fairy type. They sent the clefairy here to scout and study the native life. After the initial contact they activated the latent fairy typing, which isn't naturally occuring on the planet, to see how things would respond. Pokemon began rapidly adapting to the new type's properties themselves.Elgeyem and Beeheeyem are also created by this same pokemon species. The difference being they're artificial constructs rather than biological ones, and meant for more direct study and experiments of the native life.Jigglypuff are clefairy-hybrids created through crossbreeding with terrestrial pokemon. Which is why they're commonly found in the direct vicinity of clefairy and meteor impact sights.Starmie are not related, but do contact them, as they communicate via the same methods. Mega starmie is a result of this shared information, which is why mega clef appeared at the same time. The moon pokemon found out how to replicate the phenomenon.
Magnezone communicates with something in space, or at least sends out signals like Starmie.
