The insect body gives way and the mushroom is colossal, pinning the body to the ground. Using Mycelium Might for Rage Powder, plus the added support option of Pollen Puff means it's an ok support mega in doubles who can fight back if needed, or a "fast" Trick Room attacker.

As for an evolution/Mega, Ghost/Grass absolutely makes sense.

I would vastly prefer a mega over an evolution since it means you're using the pokemon you like in battle, instead of it being shoved into the "middle evo" stasis where you're just a bridge between the baby pokemon and the final evolution and no one gives a shit about it.

Most of the time eviolite doesn’t help and parasect with its terrible typing would be one of those many times. A mega would be better it’s much more likely to garner parasect itself some respect though there’s always the Skibidi risk.

seems pretty balanced in doubles to me as a dedicated Spore user, it's immune to Fake Out but must hold its Mega Stone so it can't use a Sitrus Berry to make itself unkillable
