Question is, would this be like an overnight flip(one morning every human and pokemon wakes up obese) or like a gradual shift(waking up a bit chubbier, appetites increasing, people worrying about their weights less and less, pokemon getting lazier), or maybe the legendarys closest to Arceus first, then all the legendarys, and then the regular Pokemon and humans. You've got options.
