Splash and Celebrate are self explanatory, Hold Hands is also acceptable. Armor Cannon ans Leaf Storm have the best anti-synergy while being non-STAB, the only caveat is Armor Cannon in Sun, so you may consider a type swap out to the less horrific Bug/Dragon and swap out the attacking moves with Superpower and Dragon Ascent for equal anti synergy with no weather interaction. You may also consider moves like recoil and crash moves as well as False Swipe and Hold Back as options, but I like the irony of having high power moves on the Pokemon.
