the gb emulators i use are myboy and myboyadvance
the nds emulator i use is drastic
the 3ds emulator i use is citra
you can find the roms online on a bunch of sites its piss easy, pokeharbor has pre-patched romhacks, and if you want the 3ds games you should look for "cracked" files or something, i forgot the name but default files dont run on emulators

I use PizzaBoy. Free version allows you to trade with yourself. If you use MyBoy you need the paid version I think
