Breloom is perfect as is, just alter its abilities and give it a couple stat buffs like Attack and a couple of the moves you suggested. An Evo should be for shitmons with a BST of like 405. Mega would be the easy option but after seeing Pyroar's stats, I don't think I want any Pokemon to ever get a Mega ever again
