>>59290911I can't think of any babymon that is particularly liked beside the designated Togepi, the only othet that can be charming are Igglybuff becausw of its role in the PMD spinoffs, maybe Budew and Azuril because cute too, Happiny isn't any cuter than her evos nor can be normally found in the wild anyway and people don't really breed Chansey usually. The others are ugly or simply downgrades of the line or get brutally mogged by other cute Pokemon from their gen and region.Tyrogue was needed to create its evo family but it is easily one of the most forgettable and unappealing mons still.Shit like the elemental humanoids were pointless and Smoochum got in the wrong gen, if she was available in Hoenn she'd have made more sense as one of the designated pokemon contest mascots but they gave us Azurill instead, Marill but uglier.
