The others are ugly or simply downgrades of the line or get brutally mogged by other cute Pokemon from their gen and region.Tyrogue was needed to create its evo family but it is easily one of the most forgettable and unappealing mons still.Shit like the elemental humanoids were pointless and Smoochum got in the wrong gen, if she was available in Hoenn she'd have made more sense as one of the designated pokemon contest mascots but they gave us Azurill instead, Marill but uglier.
