It depends on what pokemon you want it to be able to set up on, but I'd probably do something like 32def, 21spdef+, 9hp, 4atk (or 13hp no atk), -spd. If you're getting belly drums off consistently then you don't really need the attack investment unless you are doing it for specfic calcs.
