with how people are playing both 1-miraidon and 2-miraidon decks, if you're playing 2-miraidon then i feel like you don't want to use two different miraidon arts in your deck. if they see your rainbow miraidon get turo'd out of the active and then you play the planeta or the 4D on a later turn, they instantly know you're running a 2-miraidon deck and are lacking important supporters a 1-miraidon deck has room for. if you play 2 of the same art, they have no way of knowing whether you're running 1 or 2 copies until you put both of them on the field at once.
most players probably aren't smart enough to notice this but i'm sure in the high end of ranked they will be.

Yea, it does feel a bit cheap with Magneton charging up. I get that it's the intended design, but having a nuke come out that you have very little counterplay against feels really silly, especially since most other sudden nukes like that have drawbacks like deleting their energy or recoil damage. It gets powered up and is just a god once he's out.

That said, he's much more fair to play against than fucking sleep scam and I'd take Miraidon over fucking Igglycryspeon any fucking day.

Sure I'd love to have two RR Miraidon, but I don't, just like i don't have two Zeraora either, but the deck has been working just fine, exceptionally well actually, at least for the casual that is emblem. I doubt the deck has staying power in ranked anyways even with a proper decklist. Miraidon is too much of a one trick pony that really relies on high rolls to carry it. Though that's like every other electric deck really

the only tier 0 formats pocket has had are SR with darktina and SS with suicune greninja. miraidon is not breaking the game, it doesn't bully every deck not designed to beat it out of the meta, it's just really good.

Nah, turo takes up space 90% of the time having two is asking to be bricked. Zeraora is necessary for explosive starts, a second one helps draw more basics not named miraidon at the start, but admittedly it sucks ass drawing it after turn one. Miraidon is a slightly better bellibolt since you can attack immediately turn 3 for 80 on the same support mons without having to care about positioning or sleep. Bellibolt was always a turn slower being 4 or 5, the tradeoff was sometimes you had 4 energy turn 4 and could hit for 140 right away. But it's miraidon good? Not really, it's a fun off meta deck but it's nothing compared to sleep scam, hydranigger, or M.lucario.

Waste of supporters anon. If there was a third or 4th sub 50hp basics to grab lisia would be fine, but only two magnemites is just asking to never draw lisia before you draw one or both magnets. Almost every single game I played with clemont it was just a useless supporter in my deck, at best he was drawing one magneton to do nothing. I'm not playing a magnezone deck retard, zone is just there to nuke opposing chickens. Plains is preferable over Cape since it helps magnemites survive long enough to evolve, the meta is so much faster now everything deals 50 damage easily by turn 3 or even 2 sometimes. 70hp isn't much better but at least I do survive sometimes. Realistically I probably want cape+plains to bring Miraidon to 180hp, 140 is just frail as fuck anymore and 160 is barely any better.

Every single miraidon deck I've played against so far runs Zera to go faster, and sometimes generator works and sometimes it doesn't, but better to have it and chance then not have it at all.

But overall it's just an electric deck anon, they're all explosive RNG magical Christmas land decks that work when they do and don't when they don't.

I was running Lisia/Clemont yesterday and bricking far more games, removed them today and it's running much smoother and I win roughly 60% of the game I play, most of my losses have been auto losses to Miraidon starts or against fighting decks that hard counter Miraidon.

the 50 HP magnemite is actually better into sleep scam than the 60. both die to espeon + darkrai turn 2, and 60 HP one still dies to iggly if you whiff the coinflip even at one darkrai, but 60 HP can't one-tap iggly or swablu like the 50 HP one can. killing swablu turn 2 is extremely crippling, and killing iggly turn 2 forces them to commit another sleeper before going into altaria which opens up the possibility of a sabrina into darkrai for game.
even without considering lisia, 50 HP is still the optimal choice.
