Riolu is really fun if you can find a Focus Punch TM since it does unholy amounts of damage. Chikorita is a nice pick if you plan on recruiting everything since it's the only starter that has Fast Friend, which you need to get Kecleon.If you're looking for easymode go with Skitty and either Pikachu or Vulpix as a partner. Skitty hits really hard and has a fantastic movepool and IQ skills, while Pikachu covers Skitty's weaknesses well and makes for a great supporter once it gets Agility and Discharge, and Vulpix being able to lock bosses down with Imprison and Confuse Ray.
>>59336884I know riolu can do some especially nutty shit because it has an iq move that makes it so focus punch is just a one turn move. meowth calls to me though because of pick up, but there s no denying how good meowth is with furry swipes + STABi suppose i can just pick up a meowth but god damn my autism is making over analyze this choice. vulpix and riolu seem to compliment each other well so i may go for that

OP hereI went with pikachu and skittypikachu can room wipe with agility spam and disharge while skitty can also room clear with blizzard but also has double slap for multi hitting shenanigans. additionally heal bell for status healingI wanted to fit chikorita in somehow as well, since she seems to be the explicit support pokemon, but i just couldnt do it. rip little green bean
