Is there a hack that replaces the Emerald trainer sprites with the ones from Ruby/Sapphire? I know it sounds nitpicky, but I much prefer the red color scheme over the green, but I want the extra content Emerald offers.

It's not all about you. Secondly, chill out with the questions, just a little bit. It's okay to have questions. It IS a lot of info to sort through for beginners. But relax. Don't crash out if you don't get answers right away, don't spam the thread with the same question multiple times, don't lash out at people who are trying to point you in the right direction just because they don't have the perfect answers. This isn't a fast thread, people pop in and out. Sometimes you won't get a reply for a couple days, sometimes you won't get one at all; that doesn't mean anybody is being malicious to you or trying to gatekeep you. This is a niche general on a niche board, there truthfully aren't a whole lot of experienced devs in here all the time. Sometimes knowledgeable people pass through, but they're not lurking 24/7 ready to answer questions. It just isn't that kind of community. The majority of people who use this general probably just play romhacks, not make them. Usually people are more than happy to give feedback if you have something tangible to show off, but it isn't always the best place to get answers. Check the links in the OP, there's a lot of documented info, it can be overwhelming but everybody starts there. This is a hobby that requires a certain level of self determination and willingness to figure some things out for yourself. It's not easy. Anyway that's all I have to say. I don't think you're a bad person, but you have got to chill a little.
