The progression is also pretty good, mandatory level caps, but you can find/buy exp candy everywhere, once you hit the level cap with a mon any extra exp is stored and can be turned into candy as well. Game also features Avatar fights, which is 2-3 of your mons vs a buffed mon with multiple HP bars. These fights usually can't just be brute forced, especially since there are level caps.

I might be going mad. I'm slowly checking every move in the game to make sure every pokemon can have access to every move it has ever been able to learn. This is messy because I know I'm going to miss a few things (and that will bother me), because of all this, sets that are flat out impossible might happen (yeah, Rayquaza with V-Create and Celebrate is unavoidable), and I also have to REMOVE moves because for some reason, https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/generation-9-resource-pack-v21-1.527398/ gives some Pokemon access to moves they've never had.
