A funny bit they couldv added was Dawn and Lucas getting hit with Pecharunts attack and get stuck doing the mochi dance as thy're training to dodge. It was weird that they randomly threw in Carmine for this event, i figured it would have been the whole point.

Floor 40 Ground has to still use OG Rika (an average pokefair from early 2024) and a variety EX zoner

Compare to many other types having a busted top-tier support or busted top-tier EX zone setter, or both.
I gave up on that type.

She's at the moment the strongest fairy pair and also one of the best damage dealers, and 5/5 gives her a free Support Sync effect.
However powercreep is always around the corner and ready to strike you when you least expect it, so I'd say that you should 5/5 a unit only if you REALLY like the pair and not just because you think it's strong.

There's a clear in the game replays with 5/5 Brendan and 4/5 Kabu and N. I'm out of strike and field candies so that's 3 yellow candies for me to get there. I'm already overinvested in this team from previous levels since I thought floor 30 would be easier with EX zone. I'm unsure about investing further into what feels like a dead end.
Even at those levels I'm not sure I could reproduce this clear myself, I'm not sure I understand it.

The reason why I call it a dead end is that Brendan and Kabu only work well with each other.
Other ground pairs either don't set/benefit from sun or actively cancel it with sandstorm like arc Cynthia.
To salvage it they would need to release a support with sun and EX zone (plus maybe ground rebuff or PMUN) specifically with this team in mind, just like Kabu already feels like it was made specifically for Brendan, and looking at pairs like NC Nate they don't seem to care about fixing older mediocre NCs so I don't see that ever happening.
