EU spams the bara bros balance shell while NA had a lot of Indeedee M + Sneedler. Salamance is probably having a hard time finding it's footing in EU because of the prevalance of fake out pressure along with threats like Raichu and Chomp, while in NA Salamance was getting a lot of value as a sweeper threat in HO shells. If there wwre more indeedee teams to punish Rilla + Incine things might look different
