It's hard to get, so people want it. Well hard to get the real deal that is and there's two different original versions I guess. The one with the German in it is the best imho.

Because its got "fluid controls" and "great presentation", so it makes anyone who plays like for even just 2 minutes feel like a badass even when they're not really doing anything. This coupled with the extremely low difficulty of the game until the final 2 stages means that anyone can play through a lot of stages. Add in its previous status as this rare gem from obscure console that never left Japan and got overrated by importers.

In reality it's just another slop from Tokyo with flat, boring level design, dull environments, mostly horrible/choppy anime cutscenes and very unengaging enemies for the most part.
