The combat system in this game is apparently a notorious brainlet filterCan't lie it got me for a second, but it's definitely one of the better turn-based systems out there.There's 3 party members and 6 elements, so I'm dividing characters as red/black, white/yellow, and blue/green.
Fun fact the game is 240p and the menu is 480i

It just pays to have Kid in your party because her stealing will help you get the stuff you need for rainbow weapons and armor. Are you okay?The bad part of the combat is the techs though, that's true, the whole Vancian field magic, outside of a few bosses, isn't worth engaging with and instead you just want to use physical attacks. Also a real shame that combo techs are so absent from the game compared to Trigger.

Is it wrong to play the remaster? I don't have a CRT so I can't play the original the way it was meant to be played (emulation filters aren't the artist's intention).
