Looks awesome. Does it work with pirated roms(so long as they are good rom dumps), or is it self righteous about insisting on the steam rom?

I just got it to work with a random rom from coolroms. But I'm not seeing what's supposed to be better than vanilla SoR2 other than widescreen and maybe the online.
