organized as best I could, 177 files total. if some games have multiple cinegrids I put them into their own folder in their console category
left some loose general ones outside the folders, that way they don't get lost amongst all the games

best way to make them is to get raw resolution images (hardcoregaming101, mobygames, giantbomb, gematsu, google images, or just your own screens)
I use befunky.com/create/collage/ as a quick way to test compositions and placement of the images (you can change the aspect ratio of the grid by dragging the edges), after that I'll usually put the raw screens into photoshop and try to get it under the 4MB limit, if it's not a pixel art game at least
for pixel games I usually use Aseprite so I can increase the resolution by 200-300% (don't do halves like 150% since it'll fuck the pixel art up) and have it be actually viewable on modern displays, although I guess you can do the same in photoshop with nearest neighbor upscaling

it can he helpful in arguments too, if someone says a certain game looks like shit, or if you want to praise the visuals of a certain game, or make a point about how games of that period looked specifically, all sorts
also a good opening image to use for threads since it's a good eye-catcher
besides all that, it's just nice to have these aesthetically pleasing images of your favorite games

Posting how I make these. I use ImageMagick which is command line, but I'll also post my janky .bat script so you don't have to open CMD and cd to the imagemagick directory. Imagemagick is just nice to have in general. I assume most people prefer some dedicated tool or website though.

The command itself is: magick montage -geometry +0+0 -tile 3x "drive:\location\to\images\*.filetype" "drive:\location\for\result.filetype"
geometry +0+0 is the borders between images, -tile 3x is the amount of images in a row.

The simple .bat script just echoes off, mounts the ImageMagick install directory, asks for the amount per line and executes the command with that amount and loops back. You'll have to change directory paths.
