This game is a bonafide masterpiece. It might even be my favorite Falcom game ever. It feels like their Ocarina of Time moment. What a shame for the game to be so readily available today and yet still not talked about much.

PPSSPP is super easy to run, imo it's the 2nd best emulator just behind Dophin. I would just emulate the PSP game, upscale it 4x (which is basically how they'd "remaster" it anyway) and enjoy. That's on my list too.

Brandish remake is garbage, the awkward controls and below average gameplay ruined it, the retards at Falcom should have made it a proper action RPG with free movement or a mystery dungeon game, they tried to mix the two and it was a disaster no one ever tried to copy it again
