Every single console named differently outside of its original region should've been stuck with its original name. Mega Drive, both Famicoms, PC Engine? All better names than the USA ones.

I imagine the same sort of confusion if Nintendo released a Family Computer since back then to me as a kid PC or Computer meant a traditional IBM PC. Mega Drive is just a better name though.
