Are Sega Saturn emulators good yet?

Emulation is getting pretty darn close to cycle accurate, but we're not quite there. The problem is that most of the library is kind of mediocre, though there are some really solid titles.

Mednafen/Beetle have been good for a while now. I've beaten close to 40 games this way
