I don't believe this is yours, I believe you are mocking the person who took this as a way to alleviate your own self-loathing.

I'm more of a Sega guy so not much, but congratulations on your collection.
>>

Hmm, I get collecting the games but the hardware, the different color ones. I'd just get one single console for each and be done with it IMO.
>>
>>12029159
cant believe this retard didn't just move the collection to a storage unit in the middle of the night

I'm so jealous that I'm going to kill myself.

These big collections are always nintendo cultists. Most are used as a backdrop for aspiring streamers as it gives them "legimatacy" among the 16 year olds who still watch gaming youtubers.
>>
>>12029171
May as well be empty Ikea props at that point.
>>
>>12029146
My collection of faggotry is far larger(multiple rooms), but i would like the n64 and snes console boxes.

Too much in the worst way. I'm all for flashing lights, but that looks like an mk ultra sanitarium for children. If it was like an 80-90s arcade, that would be way cooler but still overkill
>>
>>12029165
At least the more rare expensive games. No way she kept track of everything. My wife has zero idea what is new or what I've had since childhood.

Could care less, still gay and not something to brag about. It's pathetic but a good reminder to never live in Japan.

I would rather live in California and fuck beautiful Asian bitches, occasionally go visit Asian countries with flights, and never actually have to live there.

A lot of these people grew up as kids and couldn't get the things they wanted, so they go big as an adult to have everything that they always wanted.

Everything above your brown shelves needs to go. It looks way too cramped and overstuffed.

I suggest putting a nice potted plant ontop of the shelves, and it would look a lot lore presentable.

You would think gaming nerds would put a little more effort into learning how to present their collection to visitors and guests.
>>
>>12029159
>>12029390
Do nerds seriously think people want to look at their giant old storage boxes sitting on their top shelves? It just ruins the look. No one wants to see your old rotting PS1 box from 30 years ago. Put it away.

>>12031760
This anon did a good job. The top shelves should be kept relatively simple and tidy. Nothing huge should be stacked ontop. It's a clean modern look with the framed posters. Not cramped at all.

My only suggestion would be to frame the Mario poster on the right side so it matches everything else.

8/10

I'm only jealous of how organized everything is. I gave up on shelving my games a long time ago because nothing I bought had the right dimenions I was looking for, so instead I bought some chintzy little DVD storage bags like this and hung them up on a peg board. Not as photogenic, but I'm satisfied with the result.
Also the bags let me move my games around easily. My brother is a complete nigger and always tries to steal as much shit from my house as possible, so I move everything pocketable into my shed and double-lock it before the family visits for the holidays. I want to ban him from my home but it'd break my parents' hearts if I did that.

You couldnt find a shelf that holds DVD cases?

#doubt

>so I move everything pocketable into my shed and double-lock it before the family visits for the holidays.
Buy some lockable shelves they use in stores. The kind you see at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and so many other retail locations. I've seen them for sale a lot.

I can relate, I haven't been jealous since I was kid. I just don't get it. And I get happy when people succeed.
