I'm a Ryu/Gief main, but I find Dhalsim one of the craziest characters of the OGs and the amount of shit you can do with the adequate execution is great.

Hawk, El Fuerte, and Sean the huezillian from SF3 side by side, and ask them to guess which two of the three are Mexican. I'd be surprised if more than one or two chose T. Hawk.
